Vinarco respects the privacy of your personal information/data, and we are committed to treating, collecting, processing, storing and destroying all information in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data protection regulations and codes of conduct.

Candidates:
Includes candidates for ALL vacancies advertised or promoted by Vinarco for our Clients or internal hiring purposes. It also includes candidates who directly and willingly sent their CV through/to Vinarco website, Vinarco Recruitment Staff, and/or a job board platform.
Clients:
Covers prospective and current parties that Vinarco provides services to in the course of its business operations.
Partners:
Covers partnerships and companies both independent/individual and corporate who provide services through/to Vinarco
Website Users:
Any individual who accesses Vinarco website www.vinarco.com or any other website under the Vinarco group of companies.
Other parties:
This category might include Candidates’ references or emergency contacts. Vinarco will only contact them in circumstances that we deem necessary.
Vinarco aims to ensure that individuals are aware that their data is being processed, and that they understand how personal data is being collected, processed, handled, and utilized. To these ends, the company has a notice about personal data process, setting out how data relating to individuals is used by the company.
Vinarco most commonly collects personal data from each party directly and through authorized third parties. Various cases are not limited to, and listed below:

Through references provided by candidates, for verification purposes as indicated in our operating policies
Vinarco may collect personal data such as candidate name, address, email address, phone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education history and work experience that is/are not otherwise publicly available.
Only authorized staff of Vinarco that the company deems relevant to the operations of the business will be permitted to access personal information and data, and Vinarco shall not release such personal information and data to any third parties that Vinarco deem irrelevant to business operations.

Vinarco stores and manages personal data/information in company databases in order to perform services, provide recruitment services and maintain records.
When a candidate has willingly provided their CV to Vinarco through any channel a copy of the CV/resume will be held on file to ensure candidates registered on the Vinarco database are informed of relevant client vacancies we deem a suitable match. By willingly providing Vinarco with a CV, Vinarco may be able to pass your Personal Data onto clients (third-party) for application/review.
In some cases (mostly for manpower contracting), Vinarco will also require details of a candidate’s emergency contact person as part of Vinarco HR policies, in the case of an emergency.
We will not collect/store any personal data from you that is unnecessary or irrelevant to business operations.
Vinarco also records client information which includes contact details of client contact person and contact details, such as position name, email addresses, and phone numbers, etc. to enable the delivery of Vinarco services. For reference purposes, correspondence received from emails are stored in our systems/databases in case it is needed for future reference.
Vinarco agrees to take responsible and relevant steps to keep all personal data confidential and/or undisclosed, subject to the following.
Vinarco will only disclose personal data to Vinarco staff for the purpose of providing (mainly recruitment) services to candidates and clients of Vinarco. As an example, Vinarco may disclose and/or transfer personal data to third parties under the following circumstances:
Failure to provide Vinarco with necessary personal data (provided that the data sought is reasonable and relevant to the services being provided), may result in Vinarco not being able to fully provide relevant services.
Vinarco will retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Data Privacy Statement. Vinarco will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce business operating policies.
